By the time you read this, that’s if it actually gets though, we will Be into day two. You may also notice a couple of photos upload from day 1 as the signal in Ennerdale was a bit iffy to say the least and neither of the pubs had wifi…WTF?? Day one was a nice easy start to Our trek with only one big lump of a hill in the way! The descent was worse than the ascent purely as it was really steep, although the ascent was tiring in the baking sunshine! The coastline of St Bees head is stunning when the sun is shining and really shouldn’t be missed. We bumped into lots of people along the way! Some friendly some a bit ignorant and miserable. We passed two pubs en route, one was not open the other was shut for good which was a shame as I could have...
