#ourc2c day 12 Blakey ridge to egton bridge

Today started later than most days as breakfast wasn’t served until 8.30 and we were a bit tired from the 46 miles clocked up on days 10 and 11. We’d also had a great night with some great food and beer, despite them taking our favourite starter, mozzarella melts off the menu. Today’s walk was one we had done before so we didn’t need to look at the book or maps. The wind was so strong at points em struggled to stay on her feet, when after 9 miles it stopped, unfortunately this brought the rain with it and we were soaked through so we dived into the arncliff arms in glaisdale for a couple Of pints and some lunch.
